SnoeiWijs Plus: subscription information

How to buy Plus

You buy SnoeiWijs Plus in the app with the “Continue to secure checkout” button. On the secure payment page you make the final choice between paying monthly or yearly.

Options and prices

• EUR 6.99 per month, including VAT where applicable.
• EUR 68.99 per year, including VAT where applicable.
• The binding price, currency and any trial period are always shown on the payment page before purchase.

Payment channel

• SnoeiWijs is offered as a standalone PWA; you buy a subscription on the secure SnoeiWijs payment page.
• Payment and subscription management run through that payment environment.

The SnoeiWijs app, the SnoeiWijs Garden Club (MemBirds) and Tuinseintjes are separate products. An app subscription does not include the Garden Club or Tuinseintjes, and the other way round, unless a future offer says so explicitly before purchase.

Renewal and cancellation

A subscription is periodic and renews automatically until you cancel. You manage and cancel your subscription online in the subscription area linked to your SnoeiWijs account. After cancelling you normally keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Deleting your account is separate

Deleting your account and cancelling your subscription are two separate actions. We never block account deletion because a subscription might be running. You cancel a running subscription yourself in the subscription area.

Access on another device

Signing in with the same SnoeiWijs account is enough: the central server entitlement layer checks your access on any device.

Refunds and consumer rights

For a subscription your statutory consumer rights apply together with the refund conditions shown before purchase on the payment page. For a digital product with immediate access your right of withdrawal may lapse if you expressly agree to that before delivery; the payment page will state this clearly. Your mandatory statutory rights always remain.

Separate products

The SnoeiWijs app, the SnoeiWijs Garden Club (MemBirds) and Tuinseintjes are separate products. An app subscription does not include the Garden Club or Tuinseintjes, and the other way round, unless a future offer says so explicitly before purchase.
