SnoeiWijs terms of use
The agreements between you and Noordman Groenbeheer about using the SnoeiWijs app.

Who provides SnoeiWijs?
Noordman Groenbeheer provides the digital product SnoeiWijs. You can reach us directly by email at snoeiwijs@gmail.com. Our address, phone number, Chamber of Commerce and VAT numbers are on the separate page Company and contact details.
Free and Plus
Lavender is free to view, including the full pruning guidance. The other 99 plants, the practice guides, the silent visual guidance, My garden, the pruning plan, live weather and notifications are part of SnoeiWijs Plus.
Payments
You buy a Plus subscription on the secure SnoeiWijs payment page. Prices and terms are always shown there before any purchase.
Using pruning advice sensibly
SnoeiWijs gives calm, general garden advice. Pruning depends on the species: always check your exact plant and variety. Look for active bird nests before cutting and postpone pruning during frost, heat or extreme drought. Work safely, use suitable tools and call in a professional for heights, ladders, chainsaws or whenever you are unsure. You remain responsible for what you do in your garden.
Intellectual property and fair use
Texts, photos, guides and videos in SnoeiWijs are protected. You may use them for your own garden. Copying, reselling, publishing, sharing your account or automated scraping of the content is not allowed.
Availability
We do our best to keep the app available and up to date, but maintenance, updates or outages may interrupt it temporarily. Features may change over time.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights regarding a faulty digital product. You can always delete your account yourself; we may not block that.
Separate products
The SnoeiWijs app, the SnoeiWijs Garden Club (MemBirds) and Tuinseintjes are separate products. An app subscription does not include the Garden Club or Tuinseintjes, and the other way round, unless a future offer says so explicitly before purchase.
