Delete your SnoeiWijs account

You can permanently delete your account yourself. Below you can read exactly what is removed and how it works.

Last updated: 13 August 2026. Noordman Groenbeheer provides the digital product SnoeiWijs. "SnoeiWijs" is the product and app name.

What is permanently removed

  • Your account and sign-in details (email address and user ID).
  • Your profile: language, time zone, plan status, notification setting and your rounded garden location.
  • My garden, your pruning tasks, your pruning dates and your full pruning history.
  • The push registrations of all your devices.
  • The local SnoeiWijs data on this device, such as your notes, checklists and favourites.

Deletion is final and cannot be undone.

Cancelling a subscription is separate

Deleting your account does not cancel a possible subscription, and a subscription does not block deletion either. You cancel online in the subscription area linked to your SnoeiWijs account.
